I was speaking with a client of ours the other day and he was a little confused as to what exactly email marketing is…
“I have Constant Contact,” he said, “What’s the difference between that and what you guys do?”
“Well,” I said, “It’s the difference between having a hammer and some nails… and having someone else build your house.”
You see, Constant Contact, Aweber (this is what we use), iContact, etc. are just email marketing tools…
You still have to write and send your emails out consistently in order to have an effective email marketing campaign.
And what I mean by effective is… Getting people to buy your stuff! :)
