Whether you want a website, a blog, or both!
Some people are under the false notion that they need an html website and a WordPress blog to be separate entities within their Internet marketing campaign… and I am here to dispel the notion!
==>Look no further than a website I recently created for SBA Services AZ…
What you’ll notice is that their homepage is set up a lot like a traditional website (and it is)…
But the thing is that we created the entire thing on a WordPress platform!
You’ll also notice a link to the blog page (and that the blog is just another page within the website)… man, how seamless is that?!
So, why WordPress you ask?
Well, I’ll give you a few simple reasons…
- WordPress is easy to use and update (if you can use Facebook, you can use WordPress!)
- WordPress is constantly getting updated for security and to improve performance.
- It’s free! You just need to buy a domain name and a hosting account (don’t host through WordPress if you want your business to be taken seriously).
- It’s optimized for SEO to get you free traffic through the search engines (get a good theme and it’s even more optimized!)
- You can do pretty much anything with a WordPress site because it is an “open source platform” with lots of free “plugins” that help customize your site.
- You can even sell stuff through a custom shopping cart!
- Did I mention it’s easy ;)
Seriously, I can go on and on about why WordPress is so cool (and it’s the only platform I’ll use to build a website).

Having a blog which is not on a WordPress platform is like having a car with 3 wheels. It will still move but with a lot more effort.
WP is so flexible many site (normal site) use WP as their back-office.
